"Where were you, Arabella?"
Arabella froze as she heard those words came from Princess Inara's name.
"In my room" she replied, she heard beating faster and faster.
"You were not in your room. I came here last night" Princess Inara said as Arabella walked inside her office.
"I... I have no idea what you are saying" she tried hard not to stutter. She didn’t turn around and face the princess as she pretends to be engaged in other matters. She was afraid she will blow up the lie if she did.
"Arabella, look at me" a hand fell on the general shoulder before she was turned and made to face the princess. "I won't tell anyone" she paused with a sigh, "I understand you want alone time and so you sneak out of the palace."
