I woke up the next day in my bed. The room was empty and I knew he went back home. I looked at my table to see my assignment placed neatly on top of it.
Halfway through the research, I had fallen asleep.
I got up from my bed did my morning routine before getting ready for work. As I walked down to the kitchen everyone looked at me in worry.
"You should take a leave, Bella" dad said I shook my head.
"I can't papa. I only have a few days of internship. I need to complete it."
"I am sure he will give you leave. Especially since he is your boyfriend. I mean he knows you are telling the truth about your sickness" He really was hoping I don't go.
