With every passing day, Lara looked better, her once pale face was starting to return to her usual color and her face looked fuller. At times, she would still rub her arms and legs, but that was better than her scratching her skin off. She told me that it still felt like things were crawling all over her...
With me being there every day, Samir had an even bigger work load, which reminded me I'd have to raise his check. He has been doing more than a PA should, and I'm grateful to him for that. Not once has he complained about the amount of work he had or that he was staying at the office too late.
And he was doing a pretty good job. I was thinking about giving him a higher post as executive assistant, which would allow him to have more power and say in my companies... I go
