The next day…
Austin's POV...
I can't help my tears as they fall when I saw Iza enter my room. She looked so beautiful as always.
"Austin." she whispered before running into my arms and carefully embracing me, crying. "I was so worried about you."
"I'm okay now." I say as I hugged her back tightly. "I heard of what happened between us. Iza, I am sooo sorry. I didn't know."
And she cried harder and held me tighter.
"If only I knew…" I said again.
"I know. I know. And I’m sorry too. But it's all in the past now, Austin. I forgave you and you forgave me. And I learned to forgive myself too." she said softly.
"Iza…" I said
"You gave us a fright lying here for a week!" she said as she pulled away, wiping her tears. She looked around and sighed. "Sorry, I got carried away."
