"Thanks for letting me take her out today." he said formally after gently laying our daughter to her bed.
"No worries." I responded calming my nerves.
I was quite jealous seeing him laughing with Erica earlier.
"I should get going." he said and hurriedly walked towards the door.
"Wait." I blurted out and he halted, not facing me though. "The test will be tomorrow."
"Okay. The sooner, the better." he responded with his deep velvety voice. "By the way, Mom, Dad and Alyssa's family will arrive tomorrow afternoon. They would probably rush here to see Neshama. They can also take the test the day after so we can have more chances of finding a match. I just thought you should know."
"Okay." I answered shortly.
