By the time Thanksgiving came around, I had talked, emailed, and texted Demetri's cousins more than I truly wanted. They all, including Megan, agreed to help plan my wedding since they knew people who knew people and I, well I knew no one. At Thanksgiving dinner, I sat next to Demetri in silence as he and his family chatted away about old memories and the wedding of course.
