I was so ready to tear of his head when my mother intervened. ““TALIA! ENOUGH!” She growled in her alpha voice. suddenly, there was a burst of light and the group of vampires got shot backwards off their feet. Screaming and yelling filled the air around us and i could hear the vampires cursing from the vampires side and as soon as the light started to fade everyone gasped. I looked around and my eyes landed on what they saw. It was the witches. Pack members parted as Elder Amelia walked towards us with a witch on either side of her. She had her hand out towards the vampires and I could see that there was a semitransparent veil erected between us and them. A magical border of some sort.
