We went to see the gynecologist after a few days since she called Gabriel to inform him that my labs were back. Honestly, I was impatient to see her.
“Doctor, how’s my report? What does it say?” I asked at once.
“Olivia, listen to me very carefully. Don’t get emotional. Remember, you are a medical student.” Her words started to terrify me. Sweat beads started to pop up on my forehead and I looked at Gabriel to see him staring at the doctor with narrowed eyes.
