Cold shivers ran down my spine the moment I heard the very familiar voice on the other line. My eyes popped out in shock for a second as my mouth opened up to say something. However, nothing came out. I could not utter a word as my hand shook in fear over my ear. My lips started to quiver as tears blurred my vision. My heart slowed down and I felt like I could not breathe. When I slowly closed my eyes, the tears started to roll down my cheeks silently.
