The rain was getting harder, lightning striking across the sky before another boom of thunder sounded. I was getting soaked, but I kept running,my feet making splashing sounds with every step. Where was I running to? I didn’t know.
The image of Stacy on Luke's lap with her arms wrapped around his neck and their faces a few inches apart wasn’t as awful as seeing them kiss, but when I think about it, both scenarios make me feel the same.
