Calum jumped up from his bed, tugging on a jacket and his shoes. As he went into the bathroom to wear his contact lenses, I shrugged on one of the jackets laying around. We were greeted with the site of the twins helping Joy make lunch when we got to the kitchen. "Mom, we're heading over to Luke and Ashton's apartment." Calum said, messing up Coda's hair. The younger boy pouted but didn't say a word as he carefully stirred the contents of a pot.
"Are you sure you wanna head out?" Joy raised her eyebrow, gesturing to the window where raindrops were beating against the glass.
