The first thing I felt was the sharp, cold air as it rushed back into my lungs.
My chest expanded painfully, and I let out a loud gasp, gulping down the freshness like I’d been starved for a long time and couldn’t get enough.
I was alive.
I had made it back to the physical world successfully.
The freezing bite of the cold, frozen water I had been placed in was gone now that I was up, but it didn’t take long for me to realise I was no longer in it anymore.
I was on a bed now, a warm, cozy bed… my body still trembling violently even with the warmth that engulfed me, but still, I was alive.
