Stormy and the she-wolf growled at me and three females started walking towards me. They were walking towards me like they were preparing to attack me. I automatically and protectively stepped back due to the fact I had my mate in my arms. I didn't want any more harm to come to her because of her friends' reckless actions.
"Then, why did you not come sooner? I know you felt her distress and make sure you answer honestly because it is a matter of life or death. In this case, it's YOURS!!" snapped Stormy as Beta Ridge rushed into the dirty smelly cell. I could tell Stormy was pissed with me and was having a hard time controlling her wolf.
