I WOKE up with a throbbing pain in my head, disoriented and confused. Slowly, I opened my eyes, struggling to adjust to the bright light in the room. As my vision cleared, I realized I was in Asmodeus' room. The familiar interior was like a stark reminder of the events that led to my current state.
As I tried to sit up, the pain in my head intensified, making me groan. It was then that I noticed a glass of water and a bottle of painkillers on the nightstand next to me. I wonder who put it there. I took a couple of pills and drank the water, hoping it would ease the pain. I checked the corners of the room, hoping to find any traces of Asmodeus. I looked beside me and found the sheet undisturb. It's a clear indication that Asmodeus didn't sleep here.
