KENNEDY I HAVEN'T slept a wink last night. I was still worried about Asmodeus. Though the doctor assured me that he's stable now, I know that it wouldn't get better until he finally gets the sleep he needs. And that will only happen if I do what I do best. I drag myself out of bed, my eyes heavy and my mind still foggy from lack of sleep. As I stumble to the bathroom to wash my face, I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and flinch at the sight. Dark circles had formed under my eyes, and my hair was a tangled mess. After taking a few minutes to freshen up, I dress in a comfortable outfit and head downstairs.
