I swallow nervously, feeling ridiculous, concluding that there is not, in fact, one easy way to reject an unwanted mate. I am team myth. Who came up with this silly myth in the first place? I'd like to find out whoever it is so I can punch them in the face. I would also like to punch William of Occam in the face for suggesting the simplest idea is preferable to the complex one. I know Occam's razor is applicable in many situations but this is not one of them and it makes me irrationally angry. That's right, Amelia, just go around punching all the dead people that have pissed you off somehow.
