Seth leaves me to my own devices for a few hours—not that I use any of those hours effectively. All I do is lay on the spare bed, tossing and turning, trying to wrap my head around the possibility that my dad was a werewolf hunter and my mom was an accomplice turning a blind eye to it all. Given that Jeremy is a werewolf it's weird how my mom never thought to tell me. I understand she probably thought she was protecting me but I wonder if she ever, even for a second, considered that maybe she wasn't.
