“The last one to reach the lake is a loser,” Larissa said, shoving Teresa and then breaking out in a run towards the lake. The lake was a little further away than where they were having the obstacle course and picnic. Larissa pumped her arms, running fast. She looked back at her sister. She was running after her with a smile on her lips.
Larissa was happy to see her smile. Teresa has been more irritable than usual since the reunion started.
