Book II:Love me Again

The wind blows her silky brown hair, her eyes were shut close praying for her ex-boyfriend soul to be at peace. Suddenly a cold wind touch her skin making her smile, call her crazy bit she believed that it was him. A year and half and here she is standing infront of his grave, Amethyst slowly opened her eyes and sighed. Ang mga mata niya ay nakatuon sa puntod sa kanyang harapan. "It's been a while..." She whispered and smile. "Miss me?" Dati ay halos ayaw niyang pumunta dito, because she believed that Moon is still alive. She lose herself, ang pag mamahal niya para kay Moon ay hindi matutumbasan nino man. Wala ng luha, it was all pure happiness and longing wala na ang lungkot at sakit ng pag kawala ng binata. Moon might be gone but he will never be forgotten. "Hija...." Amethyst turn around and saw Moon's mother, agad siyang ngumiti at lumapit sa ginang upang mag mano may hawak itong pulumpon na bulaklak at scented candle na paborito ni Moon. "Tita..." Agad na ngumiti at nginang tila siyang siya na makita siya, she walk towards Amy and hugged her. "I thought you won't come.", Amethyst smile. "I have too Tita.. besides it's been a year and half, malulungkot siya kapag hindi pa ako pumunta." The woman chuckled, inilapag nito ang bulaklak sa tapat ng puntod at umusal ng konting dasal para sa binata. "Amethyst?" She glance at her, nakatingin ito sa kawalan habang nakangiti. "Hindi pa pala kita napapasalamatan." "Para saan naman po?" Humarap ang ginang sa kanya at ngumiti, hinawakan nito ang kanyang mga kamay na tila isa siyang sentimental na bagay. "For making my son happy..." Her heart broke when the Moon's mother voice broke. "For making his short life memorable, for carrying his baby." Amethyst gulp trying not to cry, pinangako niya sa sarili na hindi na muling iiyak so she tried her best not too. But remembering Moon's face makes her heart clench. "It's the other way around Tita, Moon makes me happy. Moon makes me the woman I am today, hindi man nabuhay ang anak namin sigurado akong kasama na niya ang Daddy niya sa langit. My Sun might not shine or experience anything in this world? I know that he's safe and happy wherever he is." The woman infront of her nodded, Amethyst wipes her tears away. Noon madami siyang what if's, she even questioned god why? Why did he take Moon and her baby that early, kung nabuhay ba si Moon at ang anak niya masaya na kaya sila? Maybe Moon will wait for her at the end of the aisle smiling from ear to ear. "You are such a strong woman Hija." Amethyst smiled proudly. "I'm Keana's daughter after all Tita." She's just saying the fact, good thing she get Keana's attitude or else she will crumble down to all the things that happened to her. After her visit she went straight to the airport, she sat on the plane and watch it fly to the sky, isang linggo din siya sa France, she went to the places Moon and her been and stayed in their home. She do things they both do when he was still alive and by doing that she felt Moon's presence kahit matagal na itong wala. "Champagne ma'am." Amethyst nods her head, the stewardess gave her a wine the taste of it exploded inside her mouth. It was a long flight so she decided to sleep and when she woke up they are already in the Philippines. Kinuha niya ang gamit na dala at nag lakad palabas ng eroplano, she walk towards the airport and waited for a taxi. It has always been a busy day for everyone Amethyst raise her hand calling for a taxi luckily it stop infront of her. "Saan po tayo ma'am?" She told the driver the address and sat in comfort. Pinag masdan niya lang ang mga nag lalakihang building na nadadaanan nila till it stop infront of her destination. She took money to her purse and gave it to the driver. "Keep the change." Amethyst step out of the car and walk towards the gate, she will surprise Sam. Sasama sana niya ang anak ngunit nataon naman na may pasok ito sa school. Dahan dahan siyang nag lakad papasok sa kanilang bahay at napangiti ng makita ang mag ama na nakaupo sa salas. "Am I interrupting something?" Sabay naman na lumingon si Aiden at Sam, her daughters eyes widened mabilis itong tumayo at tumakbo palapit sa kanya. "Momma!" Malapad na ngumiti si Amethyst at lumuhod upang yakapin ang anak. "I miss you..." Sam hugs her tight. "I miss you too Momma." Amethyst smile, inilayo niya ang katawan Kay Sam at hinaplos ang mukha ng anak. "What are you guys doin?" "Just some stuff Momma, school stuff." "Gusto mo tulungan ko kayo?" Sam glance to her Dad back to her. "Ahh, no Momma you need to rest first." Amethyst chuckled, she indeed need a rest dahil pakiramdam niya ay may malupit na jetlag siya mula sa byahe. Her eyes darted to Aiden, he was just standing their looking at her with a wide smile to his face. "Hi." Aiden smile and walk towards them, hinila nito ang suitcase na dala sa kanyang tabi. "Umakyat ka na muna, you need to rest first mukhang pagod ka." Amethyst blows a loud breath and nodded. "It was a long flight." She whispered. "Kumusta naman kayo ni Sam dito?" Aiden chuckled and watch Samantha who went back to what she's doing. "We are good don't worry." He said "ikaw? How's your visit?" "It's good.. I'm good." "Mabuti naman." Malumanay na wika ni Aiden. "I'll just bring this to your room." Amethyst nodded, she watch Aiden leave and smile to herself. Amethyst nods her head and continued her new project, since it was always summer in the Philippines she's thinking of a clothes comfortable for everyone though marami narin naman ang mga nakagawa non but she still wants to try. Sa kids section siya naka focus ngayon, she wants to gave Sam her first product in a year and be their model. "Yes of course." She said, sinarado niya ang sketch pad at kinuha ang bag sa lamesa she took her make up kit out and fix her face. After finishing she stood up and walk towardd her secretary. "Let's do well okay?" "Yes ma'am." Her secretary happily said. Sabay silang nag lakad palabas ng office, employees from right to left greeted her she gave them a smile. Her mother always thought her to always be humble, dahil kung wala ang mga empleyado niya ay siguradong wala rin ang kompanya niya. "Cosmetics..." Wika niya habang nakatingin sa laptop, Lorenzo's company is a well-known Cosmetics company all around the world. She also wants to have her own cosmetics brand too, infact Lorenzo's is a family friend. When the car stopped infront of a resto Amethyst stepped out and walk towards the entrance but was stopped when she realize that her secretary is disoriented. "Something wrong?" The woman looks to her eyes, she was shock when she suddenly burst into tears. "Y-yung kapatid ko po kasi..." "You can Leave if you need to." "Pero ma'am—" "I can handle it from here." She said smiling. "It's fine you can leave." Nag lakad siya pabalik sa sasakyan at kumatok sa bintana, the driver immediately rolled his window down. "Manong take Rose home." After the two left she entered the resto. "I'm with Kiba Lorenzo." The woman immediately showed her way, the resto is classy enough, the theme is somewhat Aesthetic and cool. She sat their waiting for Kiba ang alam niya ay Si Kiba ang nag iisang anak na babae ng mga Lorenzo. "Excuse me? Are you Amethyst Montefalco?" Amethyst glance on him and nodded. "Yes who are you?" She said smiling. "Are you Ms. Lorenzo's secretary?" The man infront of her chuckled. Agad itong umiling na ikinasimangot niya inilahad nito ang kanyang kamay at mgumiti. "Kiba Lorenzo." Her jaw dropped, what the hell?! Kiba is a man! Amethyst felt the awkward Atmosphere sorounding them, she really believe that Kiba is a girl who wouldn't he's running a cosmetics brand. "You judge my gender base on my business right?" He said chuckling. Amethyst felt ashamed, she nods her head and smile awkwardly. "I'm sorry." Kiba chuckled. "No, it's okay. I mean who wouldn't, but anyway everything has a reason." Pilit na ngumiti si Amethyst. "So you want to run cosmetics too now?" Amethyst nods her head. "Running a cosmetics brand is not that easy, madami ang kumpetensya kaya't matira ang matibay but if you really want to pursue it let's be business partners we can work together what do you say?" "Babalik kaba sa office?" "Nah, I'm too lazy for that." She said chuckling. "Wanna go on a date?" Aiden's mouth hanged opened to what she just ask kaya't mahina siyang natawa. "Ayaw mo?" "What?
