Bob was at the pool having aqua therapy. This is his third time, and he always comes back exhausted, so I have bundled the children into a stretched-out pram and am headed out to the shops. I have only looked around a little since being here. Taking the children out when they were younger seemed a bit silly. I do not know the area well enough to know where to head if they need feeding, but now they are a little older, I can stop at a park bench and feed them. The nurse, who is also the nanny, will be with me and is from this area and knows all the good places for the children to be fed and changed without worrying about being too crowded.
