The prayer resonated, not like that of a mortal, but as though it came from a god who was almost as powerful as SHE was. Asclepius closed his eyes and focused on who could be making such a ruckus.
"Oh, it's you?"
He reached out with the neutrinos which comprised his consciousness to mingle with those of an old friend and fellow god.
The deity, who mortals called the Eternal Emperor, but who he called simply by his given name, Hashem, materialized into the higher ascended realms, carrying with him the baggage of an entire galactic empire.
"Good day, old friend," Asclepius said. "I'm surprised to see you."
"I have a favor to ask," Hashem said.
"You know I can't interfere."
