The following week everything seems to go back to what it was like before I met Dillon. Gym classes go back to what they were, I wake up late every day and go through boring classes.
The only real changes are the spring exams coming up so everyone is studying and I get to see Dillon at least twice a week when his father invites me for dinner. When the bell rings I jump out of my chair and head towards the office where Dillon promised to meet me after all my classes are done.
Since the recruiting is done he has no business in the school but he offered the principal help so he has an excuse to stick around. I knock on the door gently and it creaks open. Dillon appears with a big, cheeky smile on his face. "Hello beautiful," he winks, his entire build blocks my entrance into the room.
