Almost Like Therapy

1089 Words

Dillon takes a quick cold shower then we eat our sandwiches and drink the tea. Which happens to be the best tea I've ever drank, and just talk about ourselves. I laugh for the millionth time when he finishes another story from when he first began the training course he was sent to when he was turning 9. "So you can imagine I didn't give off the best first impression," he laughs referring to the time when he accidentally took out the coach rather than the training dummy. I laugh, my heart overfilling with joy. Talking to Dillon is easier than talking to Kylie or even mum. Dillon pretends to wipe a tear in his eye making me laugh more. He freezes. "I love your laugh," he says with a smile. I giggle in response. "I love making you laugh," he adds. "So tell me about yourself," says Dillon.
