“There he is! What took you so long?” Reed comments sassily as I make my way over.
“I had to ditch this girl that kept following me,”
Sneaking out of the school gym without anyone noticing was easy enough, but Kyrstina somehow found me going to the parking lot and made quite a scene. I had to tell her off. Maybe I was a bit much, but I was in a rush and she was wearing my patience thin.
“Mo’ honey, mo’ problems, huh?” Reed snickers and laughs, but no one laughs with him.
“Did anyone see you go up here?” Leon asks, his tone is serious as usual.
“No, the coast is clear,” I reply.
We’re a few miles north of the school parking lot, surrounded only by trees. It’s the perfect spot to hide out, and this is where we want to lure them to.
“Did we get them?” I ask Leon
