Taylor listens intently as she sits comfortably on my bed. Her expression softens as I talk. “Okay, go on,” She urges.
I recount the events of the past few weeks, from Kieran’s departure to my confusion over my feelings for both him and Jayden. I tell her about the drunken night, the awkward breakfast, the library incident, and every little detail I know she wants to know.
Taylor nods slowly, processing everything, and finally, she says, “So, you’re stuck between Kieran and Jayden? Pretty much exactly where you left things?”
