CHAPTER 24
SKYLAR
I opened my eyes and I was standing on a field. It was empty. How had I gotten here? I could remember being in the cave but- had someone dragged me out of there? "Ana!" I heard a voice I knew too well call. I turned and saw my sister smiling back at me, I smiled back with tearful eyes and began to run towards her.
When I reached her, I jumped hoping to tackle her but instead I was met with the hard ground. Confused, I turned back and saw my sister still standing where I had last seen her. I got up and then realized it was a vision when I saw myself standing a few feet away.
My reflection was smiling at my sister when suddenly it turned dark and cold, "Emma, duck!" Emma did what she was told and I took out a bow and arrow and shot at a figure behind me. The creature
