I caught Mia’s falling figure just in time and scooped her in my arms before anyone could approach us.
Nathan lay lifeless on the floor and it seemed like his goons were ready to pounce on us for killing their master.
Wasting no time, we managed to get away from the back alley while the police rushed inside the Den from the front.
After we slipped out of the area unnoticed, Alan jumped into the driver seat while I took an unconscious Mia in my lap in the back seat.
“What happened to her ?”, Ellene asked as the girls got in quickly in the moving car.
“She did not suffer any blow yet she blacked out after killing that fucker”, I answered worriedly.
