As soon as the three finished eating, they went on the move again. Getting deeper and deeper into the forest. They needed to make sure that they were still close to the river because, this is their only source of water. But, they also didn't stay near it anymore. Knowing that both beasts and monsters would come near it to get water themselves.
They still had boar meat with them because, it was impossible for all of it to be finished in one go. Leaving enough both for their lunch and their dinner for that day. Even having some available as bait, just in case they needed to hunt either beasts or monsters.
“Let’s stop here for now.” Damian said as they finally reached a perfect spot. They couldn’t hear the river’s sound anymore but, Damian still knew where to find it.
