There is a good reason why Philemon’s face twisted into a scheming smirk as Damian made mention of this. That is, the black market is both infamous and dangerous.
This place is not located in any city or kingdom. The black market exists as a city of its own just like Acean. Yet, it isn’t one which can be accessed by just anyone – nor is its location disclosed to public knowledge.
What is needed in order to enter it is money. A person needs to pay fifty gold coins in order to learn where it is. But this payment is completely separate from the price of actually entering – something which would cost a person another fifty gold coins.
This entails one thing, that the black market is a place for the extremely wealthy and the affluent. After all, the merchandise themselves
