I get lost in thought while watching Ryder help his dad move the last of his things out of the house. He's only moving a couple of streets over, but it already feels so empty without him. I know Asher will be happy living with Mia and her family. After all, Ryder always said she was their dad's favorite.
Ryder and I are happy to be staying here where his parents created so many memories together. We're ready to raise our family here and carry on the traditions that Ashley started; traditions that kept the roots of our family tree strong.
With Russ and Piti moving to Colorado, CJ moving to Miami and the rest of us busy with kids and careers, will we be able to carry on these traditions? My heart tells me we can, but my worried mind, jacked up on pregnancy
