My cellphone was the first thing I reached for when I woke up, to check my schedule. I thought today was the cosmetics seminar, but it slipped my mind. I actually rescheduled it because I had a lunch meeting today.
I've been planning to venture into the cosmetic business. I want to have my own cosmetic line or perhaps rebrand. I hope it'll work out.
Next, I checked the messages I had received last night. There were messages from Kevin. He was really persistent, but most of his messages didn't make sense. He probably thought I'd respond.
His last message was he's inviting me to a party. I wondered if it was the same party, Carson and I were attending. Well, he invited me first, so we'll just see each other there. Hopefully, he won't annoy me again.
