Lah Ann is rushing around the house to get ready for work. This is her first day back since her father’s death. She didn’t sleep well last night because her dreams kept waking her up. Her father and mother kept appearing in her dreams as if they were trying to warn her about something. Lah Ann took a few minutes to call Charlbi because Nuala was also in some of her dreams. She knew Nuala wouldn’t listen to her because she didn't believe dreams meant anything. Charlbi told her she had the same dream early this morning, but saw Nuala in a wedding gown.
