I watched as the ambulance drove off with Lexie and Stone inside it. He had to tell them he was her brother before they would let him even close to her. I was relieved when they didn't fight him after that. They didn't even ask for proof. It was only a minute or two after that everything seemed to go in slow motion. Everyone fell silent as we all watched the cops walk Snoopy out in handcuffs. He had blood splattered all over the front of him. We all watched as he was walked over to one of the cruisers and was loaded up. He didn't fight them, not even a little. He was so calm it was almost eerie.
