I can’t believe the growl that came from Hudson’s dad, he even told everyone that I was not allowed to go anywhere near his son.
I can see the doctor come out who huffs out his frustration but he sees me around the corner and walks over “I’m sorry if you heard all that” he says.
I can’t even look at him, more tears flow freely down my face.
He kneels in front of me “I will let you see him” he says as he looks over his shoulder “Stay here for a little while, visiting hours will be ending in a few minutes and I will let you in.”
I nod.
“Brooke, you are his mate. Your mate bond can help heal faster” he says and sighs “Everyone is just caught up in what they think they saw no one has asked you what really happened yet, have they?” he says.
