BROOKE
I follow Hudson towards my mother’s room; we walk in silence and next to each other.
It was completely awkward but I think it might have been to do with the fact that he opened up to me about what was going on at the time which must have been hard for him.
We come to a door on the second floor and Hudson steps in front of me “Here is your mum’s room” he says and points to the door but turns around and points to a door a few doors further up on the same side “That one there is yours, mine is next to it” he says as he turns back to me.
I smile “Thank you” I mouth.
Hudson looks at me “Brooke I meant what I said I will make it up to you, just tell me how” he says.
I look at him but I have to admit I don’t know how he can make it up to me. I need to think about it.
I shrug at him
