Despite seeing right through his ploy,Georgina agreed, and soon after,food was delivered to their room.The dining arrangement was traditional Moroccan style—low to the ground with plush cushions for seating. An array of colorful dishes and exotic desserts that Georgina had never tried before were spread before them.
Her eyes widened when she tasted the lamb tagine.
"Oh... my... God," she moaned.
She took another spoonful and fed it to Klaus,who mirrored her expression of amazement at the rich, complex flavors.
"That's it,"Georgina said firmly."I'm never leaving this place.I'll stay here forever. Not only is it perpetually summer, but the food is divine? What more could I ask for?"
Klaus laughed.
"Is there any type of food you don't enjoy, Mrs. Von Wald?" he asked.
