After receiving Beta Goldwin's urgent mind-link, Klaus kissed Georgina softly on the forehead before hurriedly leaving. His heart filled with worry as he drove to the royal pack's private medical facility, Alex restlessly pacing within him.
Goldwin told him that his father's condition had been deteriorating and he was now in surgery. Klaus feared the Alpha King might cross to the other side without seeing him one last time.
He worried about arriving too late and missing crucial moments with his father, especially after being away for so long in Europe.
However, when he arrived, he found his three brothers waiting in their father's VIP room. Klaus ignored Daniel and Marcus whom he hadn't seen for years. He walked straight to his brother Vincent.
