I watched as Amber drove away and wondered whether I should have let her go home alone today. Helena was pissed at her and so was Dario and while I knew the former wouldn't do something stupid out of the blue, the latter couldn't be trusted at all.
"I will try my best to protect you, I promise,"
I tentatively touched my lips and smiled. What was that about? I could expect everything from Amber, but her kissing me...that blew me away. And damn, she was a good kisser. Suddenly, I wanted to go home to her but Alessia was a good friend too so I couldn't ditch her.
"Ready to party?" She asked, appearing from the powder room and I managed a smile for her as we waited for one of my other car to arrive.
