Hannah could hear the ocean from where she lay wrapped up in Garrett's arms. She could smell the salt from the water and the breeze that came in from the doors they had left open when they had lain down. Behind her, she could feel the beating of his heart, steady like a drum. Opening her eyes, she took in the colorful images that spread across his skin. One arm rested loosely around her neck, the other around her waist. He made a noise deep in his throat and then stretched languidly against her. "Morning," his deep voice whispered in her ear.
