Marsai’s POV:
As I stirred awake, I tried to stretch, only to realize I couldn’t move. Confused, I glanced to my side and noticed Ethan had a firm grip on my right hand, while Miles held tightly onto my left.
Heat rose to my cheeks as I blushed. Navian, meanwhile, was sprawled close to Miles. All of them were completely naked.
My gaze flicked to the wall clock, and a wave of surprise immediately washed over me. It was only 5 a.m. This was unusual. Since moving into the pack mansion, I’d rarely woken up before 6:30 or 7.
I closed my eyes, hoping for a few more minutes of peace, but the moment I did, the nightmares I just had crept back in. A shiver ran through me and I felt fear tightening its grip on my chest.
Swallowing hard, I reached out silently to Arai in my mind.
