We are finally here at the hotel we planned on staying at. I was very tired from the long flight but I couldn’t sleep now when I am back in my hometown. “ what should we do now?” Dominic asked after we got settled in.
“ I don’t know, probably go for a walk or something, I can show you around so you can see where I grew up.” He agreed with me so we set out with me feeling excited as ever.
“ so what’s over there?” Dominic asked while pointing at an old building to the side.
“ that use to be a homeless shelter but the owner got sick and it had to close down, I would have sworn they would have it up and running by now but I guess I was wrong.” He nodded his head as if contemplating something.
