Hunter’s pov: I had just finished dressing up for the evening training when I felt it. Eden’s anguish tore through me as if it were my own. I all but jumped down the stairs leading to her floor, and rushed to her room, doing my best not to shift on the way. Entering her room, ready to fend off enemies and make them regret they were ever born, I saw her on the floor, in tears.
