The first day of the year was just as busy as the last. It sucked to know I’d have to be stuck inside my office all day while the rest of the pack members would be out enjoying the sun, but it was part of the job I loved so much. At least I got to have some fun during training before the beginning of my monotonous workday. Fintan would start his medicine lectures today, so I wouldn’t even have his presence to brighten my mood. But he did manage to send me to paradise more than a couple times yesterday, so I was light as a feather. With a heaving grunt, I took out the gigantic phone book containing numbers to most of the well-established packs in the United States.
