“Jade; don’t get too close to that bastard, the North cannot be trusted.” Luc pulled me by my arm, making it hurt slightly at the strong grip he had on it. “Don’t worry my Prince; I wouldn’t dream of it since I have you to protect me.” I wanted to knock him over the head, his charade of caring irking me to my very bones.
