Malia My hand grew sweaty as Tom held it and I suddenly felt the sickness I had been feeling earlier rush back. Ty’s eyes were glued on mine, dark and angry. I felt frozen in place as he looked me over, then abruptly pulled my hand from Tom’s. “Everything okay?” Tom asked me and I turned to him, trying not to look as panicked as I was feeling inside. “Um yeah sorry, just an itch,” I said lamely, pretending to scratch my other arm.
