Betany couldn't believe what had happened, nor could she understand or imagine where Eduarda had gotten all that strength.
That's why Betany spent the rest of the classes brooding over what had happened, and her anger only grew over time. She wondered how it was possible that now, instead of Eduarda, she was the target of all the mockery.
