After an intense class, Gaby and Peter accompanied Eduarda to the infirmary, each trying to get her attention more than the other. They showed no fear at all, despite knowing Eduarda's powers and what she was capable of if provoked. Eduarda, for her part, couldn't help but feel flattered by all that attention, even though she felt a bit uncomfortable with the competition between the two.
Upon arriving at the infirmary, the doctor, who was already getting used to seeing Eduarda there, observed her with curiosity:
"Funny," he said, "from what I've heard, you should be in much worse shape."
Gaby and Peter looked at Eduarda, perplexed. Several of the injuries she had when they left the gym seemed to have disappeared, and the more serious ones no longer seemed so serious.
