Lucian I arrived at Bluesforty twenty-five minutes after calling Denis. He was already waiting at the bar, drink in hand. He hadn’t changed much—still calm, observant, a step ahead. I didn’t want to linger where the crowd could stare. With Mara joining us later, I suggested we head to the VVIP section. The club staff jumped to oblige. Funny how quickly everything had flipped.
