As Lucas returned with the mirror, we wasted no time. Thalassa's life was in great danger and I had to go and save her. With the seer's guidance, we carefully placed a chair next to hers and positioned the mirror so that it reflected both of our forms.
The seer then began to chant incantations as he traced a circle around both Thalassa and me with a white powder. The circle created a barrier between us and the rest of the room.
Then, the seer handed me the potion. I hesitated only for a moment before raising the vial to my lips and swallowing its contents in one gulp.
"Alpha Matteo," the seer said. "You must be strong. The astral realm is a place of danger and darkness. You must find Luna Thalassa and bring her back before it's too late."
"I won't fail her," I vowed.
