She was here. She must still be close by.
I took my sunglasses and black jacket and headed right to the door, but before I can open it Hugo had already come in.
“Master, forgive me but I don’t think you should follow her now.”
“Move out of the way Mr. Waze.”
“But Master, the sun is still up. You’ll kill yourself if you follow her now!”
“Hugo Waze!” I roared.
Hugo went down on his knees with fear but that didn’t shake his resolve.
“Mas-zeldoris, I beg you please think of your safety. With Master Hendrickson gone and missing, you need to stay safe.”
